Archival Data Repositories

Archival Data Repositories are data stores that are optimised for capacity, reliability and availability. Archival Data Repositories are mainly meant to be used for storing large data products that cannot be easily regenerated, in particular those for which long-term accessibility is mandated. These data stores are fully federated, enabling shared access to geographically distributed data. All Archival Data Repositories are accessible through a standard  interface, namely OpenStack Swift interface.
