HBP members receive training about the Fenix e-infrastructure

12 Dec 2018

On 11 and 12 December 2018, BSC hosted the 1st HPAC Platform Training. The objective of the 1st HPAC Platform Training Event was to introduce the HPAC Platform as well as to provide assistance to the potential users in understanding the application process for supercomputing resources access. Further information on how the supercomputer resources can be used and what tools and environments can help the users to port their applications to a specific supercomputer architecture was provided.

Anna Lührs, from the ICEI project, had a dedicated slot to talk about the Fenix e-infrastructure and how to get access to it. The session generated interest and some questions were raised. The presentation also included how to get access if you are not a HBP member.

Further information can be found at the event description in the Fenix website.
